By making a purchase from AlanFrostCOM, you acknowledge and agree to accept our terms and conditions. Your purchase constitutes permission for AlanFrostCOM to enforce the policies outlined, including the return policy, as specified on our website.


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you can free return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Contact us through website messages to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return label, if applicable.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Restocking and reconditioning fee of 20-40% may apply.

Returns requested or delivered after 30 days from the date of delivery, without any prior notice, may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% to 30% of the item’s purchase price.

If you disagree with the restocking fee, the item will be resent to you, and the return will be considered void.

You can choose between a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value, once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Some items, like personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Check the item listing for specific return information.

Free shipping on all UK orders via recorded delivery, First Class recorded within 24-48 hours.
Next day delivery is also available, Royal Mail special delivery £7.99 – Next Day
For all orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday, the order will be dispatched the same day, if the order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched the following business day.
Due to covid 19 pandemic there are delays in the postal service, recorded delivery can take up to 7 business days, if the item is not delivered within 7 business days we will have another watch reshipped or order refunded.

Deliveries normally take 3-7 business days for EU countries and 10-14 business days for Rest of the World. Please note deliveries can get delayed if item is held by customs, we are not responsible for any import duties you may face.
We deduct £15.00 restocking fee on all international returns to cover our dispatch cost.

All request for returns should be made within 30 days of receiving your order. No request will be considered after 30 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS AND SEALS CANNOT BE REMOVED. WE DEDUCT THE POSTAGE COST WE PAID ON DISPATCH. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COST TO RETURN WATCH BACK TO OURSELVES. We recommend you use tracked and signed for service and parcel is fully insured. If the protective seal has been removed there will be a 30% item value restocking fee deducted from total refund along with the postage deduction.

Refund money back will be processed in the same method as payment received: Debit & Credit Card or via PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, ClearPay account within 24-72 hours after return received.
